Welcome to ListDaddy. By creating an account or using ListDaddy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

ListDaddy provides software that helps online resellers list, manage, and cross-post inventory across multiple marketplaces, and view sales activity from connected email inboxes.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ListDaddy.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ListDaddy to:

Violate any applicable law or marketplace's terms of service.
Post or sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items.
Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.

4. Marketplace Connections

ListDaddy interacts with third-party marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, Grailed, Poshmark, Whatnot, Facebook, Shopify, and others) on your behalf using credentials you provide. You are responsible for complying with each marketplace's terms. ListDaddy is not affiliated with or endorsed by any marketplace.

5. Email Integration

If you connect an email inbox, ListDaddy reads sales-related emails from supported marketplaces only, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time.

6. Fees and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription or pay-as-you-go credits. Pricing is shown in the application before purchase. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content provided by ListDaddy, is owned by ListDaddy and its licensors. You retain ownership of your listing content. You grant ListDaddy a license to host, store, transmit, and display your content as needed to provide the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using ListDaddy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTDADDY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR SALES.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
